Step 1: Spend HK$8,888 on selected Penfolds wine* (in one single transaction; spending amount calculated after all promotional discounts).

Step 2: For eligible orders, “Penfolds Dinner Event Ticket” will appear in the shopping cart.

Step 3: After order is confirmed and completed, Whatsapp 6680-5606 with below details to register your seat on or before 3 August 2026:

     - Your order confirmation and order number;
     - Your name and mobile number

*Except Koonunga Hill & Max’s range.

Terms & Conditions:

1.     This Promotion is organized by Treasury Wine Estates HK Limited. (“Organizer”).

2.     Promotion Details:

       .        The Promotion Purchase Period starts from 12 July 2026 to 3 August 2026, both days inclusive.

       .        The Registration Period starts from 12 July 2026 to 3 August 2026, both days inclusive.

       .        This promotion is only valid for purchases from Marketplace online store website/ app and Wellcome online store website/ app.

       .        For enrollment, participants are required to provide relevant information via WhatsApp messaging, on or before 11:59pm of 3 August 2026, including the following:

.            Name and mobile number

.            Valid proof of purchase (image showing clearly purchase location, date of purchase, receipt/ order number, product name, purchase quantity and the product amount.

3.       Submission time is based on WhatsApp message receipt time of the Organizer. Late registration will not be entertained.

4.       Each eligible order can only register once.

5.       Each ticket admits one participant.

6.       No changes allowed once ticket registration has been confirmed.

7.       Participants must be aged 18 or above.

8.       In the events of adverse weather conditions that may affect the event, the Organizer may make changes to event details, postpone or cancel the event. The Organizer will notify participants as soon as possible through Whatsapp.

10.  If there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version of this terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

11.  In case of any dispute, the Organizer reserves the right of final decision.
